About Our Office
The Delaware County Prosecutor’s Office prosecutes all felony crimes that occur in Delaware County, Ohio as well as all juvenile crimes, and civil and township matters. We help victims navigate the justice system and offer assistance with persons seeking protection orders.
Our office receives cases for review from all law enforcement agencies in Delaware County. We do not offer legal advice. If you believe a crime has occurred, we encourage you to contact the appropriate law enforcement agency in your area.
