COVID-19 Update
At the Delaware County Prosecutor’s Office we are doing our best to ensure that the work of our office continues, and that we continue to timely and effectively serve the public and our clients as we attempt to protect the health and safety of the public and our staff during the declared COVID-19 emergency. Our office is open to the public.
Safety precautions within the common pleas and municipal courts are being followed. This involves such things as conducting hearings by phone, video conferencing, and e-filing. Subject to court order, some hearings may be delayed. Please check the respective court’s website docket for a list of scheduled hearings and hearing statuses. Subpoena statuses issued by our office can be found on our website (in the above box labeled – click here for subpoena status).
Our Victim Services Unit remains open and available to conduct any meetings or court business with victims. We are also available to discuss the Civil Protection Order process, and walk you through the process from beginning to end. The Victim Services Unit is available Monday-Friday from 8-4:30 PM. They can be reached at (740) 833-2710 to schedule an over the phone meeting. If you are in immediate danger or need emergency assistance, please call 9-1-1.
