Delaware County Prosecutor Melissa A. Schiffel was appointed by the Governor’s office to serve as a Board Member on the Ohio Collaborative-Community Police Advisory Board (Ohio Collaborative).
The Ohio Collaborative is a 12-person panel of law enforcement experts and community leaders, from throughout the state, working together to establish standards for use of force (including use of deadly force) and employee recruitment/hiring strategies for law enforcement agencies in Ohio.
“I’m thankful to have a seat at the table during this time. Now more than ever we need to continue to be community partners and bridge builders.” Prosecutor Schiffel said.
