December 23, 2024 – Jason Fuller, a 44-year-old Delaware man has been sentenced to 17.5 years in prison for endangering children by Delaware County Common Pleas Judge James P. Schuck.
Fuller earlier pled guilty to 7 counts of Endangering Children (all felonies of the third degree) for the physical, emotional, and psychological abuse he inflicted on his children. Fuller’s abuse spanned 18 years. Each count of Endangering Children relates to a different victim.
Fuller’s wife was also sentenced to community control for Obstructing Justice, (a felony of the third degree) for her role.
“Jason Fuller’s sentence is almost one year in prison for every year he terrorized his family. We are extremely thankful these victims will be protected from him while he serves his prison sentence.” Delaware County Prosecuting Attorney Melissa Schiffel said.
“This case was investigated by Delaware Police Detective Brett Simon, and prosecuted by Special Victims Prosecutor Sayje Brown with the assistance of legal intern Kyland Deas. Their collective efforts and dedication to protecting these children and our community are worthy of our community’s highest praise.” Schiffel said.
