March 28, 2025 – Nandor Santho, a 45-year-old Delaware man, pleaded guilty to Engaging in Pattern of Corrupt
Activity (a felony of the first degree), Aggravated Possession of Drugs (a felony of the second degree), Possession
of Fentanyl-Related Compound (a felony of the fourth degree), and Trafficking of Fentanyl-Related Compound
(a felony of the fifth degree). Immediately following the plea hearing, Delaware County Common Pleas Court
Judge Marianne T. Hemmeter sentenced Santho to 15 to 21.5 years in prison.
The Delaware Police Department and the Delaware County Drug Task Force investigated a large-scale drug
trafficking operation led by Santho. The investigation revealed that Santho was trafficking thousands of dollars
worth of drugs into the community on a regular basis.
