A Delaware County Grand Jury has returned an 11-count indictment against 26-year-old John L. Perry of Reynoldsburg and 27-year-old Gordon E. Hill Jr. of Canal Winchester.
“Law enforcement officers were called to the Tanger Outlets on November 16, 2017 for a report of suspicious credit card activity,” said Delaware County Prosecutor Carol O’Brien. “On scene, Perry and Hill were found with credit cards showing numbers that did not match account numbers when swiped.”
Perry is charged with eight counts of forgery – all fifth-degree felonies, and one count of tampering with evidence – a third-degree felony.
Hill is charged with two counts of forgery – both fifth-degree felonies.
Arraignment dates for the two men are not yet set.
