June 1, 2018 – A Delaware County Grand Jury has returned an indictment against 40-year-old Ryan L. Johnson.
Charges come after a May 14, 2018 call to law enforcement that a man robbed the Huntington Bank located at 95 E. William Street in Delaware.
“Bank surveillance video was used to capture the suspect’s image, which was shared on social media,” said Delaware County Prosecutor Carol O’Brien. “The man was identified as Ryan Johnson, and he was arrested outside his Columbus residence.”
Johnson is charged with robbery, a third degree felony and theft, a fifth degree felony.
An arraignment date has not been set.
